At Engineering Masters we engineer the future of motion. Our mission is to create smart, lightweight and manufacturable products that make movement simpler and more efficient. Our vision is to build an engineering studio that blends advanced engineering science with practical manufacturability so that every product performs better in the real world. We believe that true engineering excellence is found in elegance. For us elegance is more than aesthetics. It is the discipline of removing what is unnecessary, refining what remains and creating solutions that achieve more with less. Elegant engineering reduces weight, reduces complexity and reduces cost because every decision contributes directly to performance and manufacturability.
The story of Engineering Masters began years before the company was founded. Ahmet and Gilbert met while working as colleagues at IMS Group, now SAF Holland Benelux. They were responsible for the development and engineering of steering and suspension systems for heavy vehicles. In that environment they discovered that they shared the same mindset. Both had a strong entrepreneurial drive, a passion for solving difficult engineering problems and a natural way of collaborating that made complex work feel straightforward.
After gaining experience in different organisations and projects, they joined forces at the beginning of 2025 and established Engineering Masters. Their ambition is to grow Engineering Masters into an engineering studio that engineers the future of motion by delivering high value solutions from first analysis to final production.
Today Engineering Masters brings together complementary capabilities. Gilbert focuses on advanced engineering and lightweight structural development, using deep technical analysis and creative concept generation to shape optimized designs. Ahmet focuses on design for manufacturing, precision machining and product industrialisation, ensuring that each design can be produced reliably and at scale. This combination bridges advanced engineering with production readiness in a seamless way and strengthens our core belief that elegant engineering drives both performance gains and cost advantages.
We work closely with our clients, from engineering teams to startup executives, to translate ideas into market ready products. Our approach is hands on and outcome driven. We take responsibility from first sketch to final product because we believe that strong engineering only matters when it performs in the real world.
