We combine concept development with design for manufacturing, backed by a strong local network of suppliers, machinists, and institutes. That means we can carry a project through its full life. From the early phase where a concept exists but nobody yet knows whether it will hold up, which is exactly where senior judgement matters most, all the way through to the demanding production stages where design for manufacturing and design for production decide whether it can actually be built at scale.

We take responsibility for the physical result. Analysis and simulation are how we get there, not where we stop. Where a problem calls for understanding how a structure behaves from the inside rather than the surface, we integrate embedded fibre optic sensing into the component itself. It is one of the tools in the studio, used when the problem calls for it.

Ahmet and Gilbert met at IMS Group, now SAF Holland Benelux, developing steering and suspension systems for heavy vehicles. They shared an instinct for difficult engineering problems and the same conviction that engineering only counts once it works in the field. After years across different companies and projects they founded Engineering Masters at the start of 2025, built around senior engineers who own a problem from first analysis to finished hardware.
