What we do

The work below is the range we take on, from first analysis to a part that holds up in production. Most engagements pull in more than one of these. A weight problem becomes a manufacturing question. A validation gap sends us back to the design. Because concept and manufacturing sit in one unit, we move across these without handing you between specialists. Start where your problem is.

Structural Analysis & Optimization

Full stiffness at the lowest possible weight. We use topology optimisationTopology Optimisation and material selection to strip out mass that is not carrying load, so the part stays rigid, moves with less inertia, and costs less to run.

Design for Manufacturing

A design that is sound on screen and buildable on the floor. We engineer parts and assemblies to be made at cost and at volume, cutting steps, tooling, and material without giving up performance.

Systems Engineering

The whole machine, not just the part. We define how components, loads, and functions work together, so the pieces fit, the interfaces hold, and the system does what it was specified to do.

Technical validation

Proof before production. We pair simulation with physical testing on functional prototypes, so every critical assumption is confirmed on hardware before it reaches your line.

Prototyping

From model to a part you can hold and test. We build functional prototypes that let you validate fit, function, and performance early, before commitment to tooling.

Fiber Optic Sensing

Measuring how a structure behaves from the inside. We integrate Fibre Bragg Grating sensors into components to read real structural deformation, not surface load, which is why they survive impact and harsh environments.
